Björn B. Ich war anfangs sehr skeptisch aber ich muss sagen, es klappt super! Wahnsins Geschwindigkeit beim Mischen und auch die Kartenausgabe erfolgt sehr präzise uns zügig. Macht das Spielen echt einfacher, gerade wenn öfter gemischt werden muss. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

wayne It broke partway through just the second game, which is incredibly frustrating. Now it doesn’t deal the cards at all — it only shuffles them. I press the button expecting it to work, but nothing happens. I’ve tried turning it off and on multiple times, hoping that might fix it, but no change. I even pushed a card into it manually — it will spit that one out, but still won’t deal cards automatically.
What’s even more disappointing is the lack of support. I’ve already sent two emails and reached out via live chat, but I haven’t received any help so far. It’s really disheartening to have something fail this quickly and then not be able to get assistance.

Bobby Lanning I was looking forward to the shufflebox pro being a great addition to game night. It gets stuck quite often during shuffling and more times than not it deals out more cards than it is supposed to. We still use it for our family but I don’t want to use it with other people. The remotes are pretty neat for games like uno.
